SangsangPlus provides mobile applications designed to be simple, practical, and lightweight. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in SangsangPlus apps that link to this page.

This general policy applies only when an app does not provide a separate app-specific privacy policy. If a SangsangPlus app provides its own privacy policy, the app-specific policy takes precedence for that app.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy is intended for SangsangPlus apps that do not operate a SangsangPlus user account system and do not store users' personal content on servers operated by SangsangPlus.

2. Information Collected Directly by SangsangPlus

Apps covered by this policy do not require users to create a SangsangPlus account. SangsangPlus does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, or payment card information through these apps unless an app clearly states otherwise.

If you contact SangsangPlus for support, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide in your inquiry. That information is used only to review and respond to your request, maintain support records when reasonably necessary, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

6. Data Sharing

SangsangPlus does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers only when needed to provide app functionality, deliver and measure advertising, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with app store requirements, or meet applicable legal obligations.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally by an app remains on the device until it is deleted through the app, removed through device settings, or erased when the app is uninstalled, depending on the operating system and the app's features.

Information processed independently by a third-party service provider is retained and deleted according to that provider's own policies.

Support inquiries sent voluntarily to SangsangPlus may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant support history, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

Apps covered by this policy are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. SangsangPlus does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through these apps.

If a particular app is designed for children or is subject to additional child-privacy requirements, it will provide separate disclosures or an app-specific privacy policy.

9. Security

SangsangPlus aims to minimize the collection and transmission of user information and to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled. However, no device, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party service providers used by an app may process information in countries other than the country where the user lives. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

SangsangPlus may update this Privacy Policy when its apps, third-party services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.

If an app begins using a materially different data practice that is not adequately described by this general policy, SangsangPlus will update this policy or provide a separate app-specific privacy policy.
