Purchase & Refund Policy

This Purchase & Refund Policy explains how PlantLog Plus purchases, purchase restoration, platform limitations, and refunds are handled.

1. PlantLog Plus

PlantLog Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.

2. Purchase Management

PlantLog does not provide a separate account system. Your PlantLog Plus purchase is managed through the app store account used to make the purchase.

Purchases are handled by the app store platform where the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices within the same platform, you can restore your purchase using the Restore Purchases button inside the app.

To restore a purchase, you must use the same app store account that was used to purchase PlantLog Plus.

4. Platform Limitations

Purchases are tied to the app store platform where they were made.

Because PlantLog does not currently operate its own account or server-based purchase system, purchases may not transfer automatically between different app store platforms.

For example, a purchase made through the Apple App Store may not be restorable on Android, and a purchase made through Google Play may not be restorable on iOS.

5. Refunds

PlantLog does not directly process app store payments or refunds. Refunds are handled by the app store where the purchase was made.

Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Purchase & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
